Honest-1 really is that honest! I brought my XTerra in with a "squeak". They looked at it and said it wasn't anything to be concerned about, tweaked a couple of things and it stopped! Then it was time to pay and they said they didn't do anything but if it persists, to come back. How honest is that?!
