Last week my A/C went out in my Tahoo. I took it to Honest One thinking I was going to have to pay a ton of money. Turns out it was just a belt and I was out the door only spending a small amount. Thank you :)

I own four vans, one truck and two cars. I have had my vehicles serviced here for the last 6 months! Today, one of my employees reported noisy brakes. I took the van right over to Honest One. They served me pizza as I waited for the bad news about my brakes. The news was good! The Brakes were better than 50% and the noise was from the brakes being ceramic. He said No Charge and sent me on my way! Now that's my kind of Auto Mechanic. HONEST

I am visiting my parents in Peoria, AZ and needed to have the air conditioning fluid replaced in my 1999 Pathfinder. After a search on Yelp, I decided to call Honest-1 Auto Care since they had some good reviews. They gave good advice over the phone - so I headed in to have the job done. I have to say that I was very impressed. The facility is very clean. All of the employees behind the counter were helpful, friendly, and had a good sense of humor. Best of all, the job was done well, was done quickly, and (best of all) was done for what I thought was a very fair price. I would take my car here again any day. And I've recommended them to my folks too. If you need service for your car, I think this place is an outstanding option to consider.

I went to this place because my check engine light came on. I went in without an appointment and they hooked it up to their computer and diagnosed the problem in ten minutes. They determined it wasn't serious and gave me my repair options. I didn't decide to schedule it then but when they told me it was no charge for the time they spent I couldn't believe it. Everybody wants an auto repair guy they can trust and I'm going back to Tom At Honest 1. I'm tired of going to the dealer for an oil change and having them recomend $1,500 worth of servicing. Now that summer is here I'll be in soon. Thanks again.

I love this shop! I have had a lot of work done on my truck and beyond great workmanship and awesome service, Tom Young is a good guy. Honestly and integrity are priceless qualities in a care care company. When I needed service, Tom gave me a ride. Covered my work with a roadside assistance program and a great warranty. Also, the shop is CLEAN, with a lobby to relax in and DVDs for the kids.

I came here a few months ago to find out why I had a engine light come on, they said it was a simple sensor that triggered even though everything was OK. They fixed the light for nothing and sent me on my way, I could not believe it so I had them change my oil and service the air filter since they took such good care of me, and I wasn't due for another 1000 miles!

Excellent Auto Care for reliability and honesty. They only fix what they have to. No outrageous estimates. Offer rides to/from home or work too which is a definite plus.

The shop was clean and comfortable while I was waiting. The wait ended up being longer than expected, but the staff were very friendly and helpful. They were able to answer all of my questions and put me at ease while dealing with issues I was not familiar with at all. I would highly recommend this shop to all of my family and friends as a place you can trust to do a good job and do the right thing. Thank you.

I had just recently spent a lot of money elsewhere to get multiple repairs on my car and my "check engine" light went off yet again. I took it into Honest 1 Auto, as they were the closest auto shop, not expecting to leave without spending at least a couple hundred for a diagnostic and repairs. I was assured that they would only charge me for the 1/2 hour diagnostic even if it took longer to find the problem. Well, they found the problem within minutes of completing the diagnostics...turns out that the previous mechanic forgot to connect a fan in my engine. To be sure that this was the issue, they connected the fan, tested the car, and confirmed that this was the source of the problem. To my surprise, when they handed me my keys (an hour or so later), I was told that there would be no charge for any of the diagnostics or the time they spent on it due to the fact that there wasn't really a repair problem!!!! I have to say that this was the most pleasant experience I've had getting my car repaired. Other than not having to pay anything, this was the cleanest shop I have EVER been to and the staff was professional AND ultra-courteous. I will confidently bring all of our vehicles back when I do need them serviced.
